Build types
Not all automations are the same amount of work.
We're explicit about what counts as simple versus complex, so you always know exactly what your plan covers — and what an off-cadence build will cost.
Member discount. A complex build starts at $2,500 off the street, but just a $500–$750 upcharge if you're on a plan. Staying on a plan should cost you less for the work you'll actually want — not more.

We start with a one-month trial. We build, you use, and both sides figure out if this is a good fit. If either decides it isn't, you take a full data export and there's no further obligation. If we both want to keep going, we sign the working agreement at the end of the trial.
Every month we host and maintain everything on our infrastructure, monitor your automations and fix issues before they reach you, make ongoing adjustments to what we've built, build new automations on your plan's cadence, and hold a regular strategy check-in. You get working automation capability that someone else worries about.
Changing something we already built is a tweak — included on demand, never counted against your cadence. The cadence only governs genuinely new automations. Building steadily at your plan's cadence — from a handful to a full library over the year — is the plan working as designed, at no extra cost.
Want a build sooner, or a complex one? Complex builds are $2,500 standalone, or a $500–$750 upcharge on a plan; a simple off-cadence build is $1,500. Each automation maintained beyond your plan's cap is +$250/month — and once you're consistently over, moving up a tier is cheaper than stacking add-ons.
While you're subscribed, we own and host the builds — the automation workflows and the systems behind them. You own your data, completely and always. This is about taking hosting, maintenance, and version updates off your hands — not about control.
Anytime. After the 3-month minimum term, you can leave and take ownership at no additional buyout cost. Before the minimum, you can buy out by paying the remaining unrecovered build cost — we'll always tell you that exact number upfront. You leave with the full code and automation files (n8n workflow JSON), a complete data export, and a handoff guide.
Your subscription covers our work, your hosting, and the tools we run on your behalf. Outside services (PhantomBuster, Firecrawl, model APIs) are either passed through at cost (no markup) or set up under your own account when usage is genuinely tied to your volume. We'll always tell you before adding a tool that carries its own cost.
You can export all your data anytime. You can buy out and take full ownership anytime, at a price we'll always tell you upfront. At the end of your term, ownership transfers and you walk away with everything. You're never trapped — the recurring model exists because we take the operational burden off your plate, not because we're holding anything hostage.
